The Network of Routes of Emperor Charles V Routes has organised a coordination meeting of the Erasmus Project 'Let's cook our heritage, let's cook our future', led by the Emperor Charles V Routes Network, with the partners Youthfully Yours (Slovakia), Hotel School (Latvia), Can You (Bulgaria), and Museum of Food and Nutrition of Cyprus.
The project consists of an exchange of youth workers which will take place in Extremadura between the 1st and 10th of next September. Participants in the project will learn through non-formal methods about traditional and cultural gastronomy, and how this activity can be an engine for tourism and economic growth of rural territories in different parts of Europe.
The exchange will be organised with other young people and workers from other European countries, who will learn and exchange best practices on how traditional gastronomy can be an engine for development. All of this taking as a reference, among other initiatives, the project of the Routes of Emperor Charles V of the Tourism Product Club.
